Italy business visa application bill of materials:
1. The Schengen visa application form, original Description: A duly filled in English or Italian autographed by the applicant Application Form (China signed the applicant should be text, and should not be expected)

5. If applicable, the Chamber of Commerce to provide proof of registration Note: For China-Italy Chamber of Commerce member companies, please provide a membership card and a copy.
6.
